Office Assistant 

We are the No.1 Individual and Family Health Insurance Broker in Colorado and New York Life Agent. We seek an organized and friendly Office Assistant to proactively support our practice and assist with efficient, high-quality client service. As an Office Assistant, you will maintain extensive communication with clients and members of our team.

Specific Tasks of the Insurance Office Assistant:

  • Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze the insurance program, and suggest additions or changes, or change beneficiaries.

  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.

  • Prepare or assist simple health care documents for individuals and complete all related insurance forms in accordance with insurance laws

  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both clients and the insurer.

  • Plan and oversee the incorporation of the insurance program into the bookkeeping system of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Business-related Majors.

  • Be able to use PC and MS Office to perform daily working activities.

  • Be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese in writing and verbally.

  • Be able to work as a team.

  • Relevant working experience preferred.

  • Working experience or educational background in China is preferred.

  • Having Professional interpersonal customer service skills is preferred.
